We’ll send you a short online assessment form to gather details about your health, lifestyle, fitness goals, workout preferences, and medical history. This helps us build your customized program.
Complete your payment securely via UPI, Razorpay, or Bank Transfer. As soon as it’s done — your personal coach is assigned and onboarding begins!
Your certified fitness trainer will conduct fitness assessments at your selected location: Zoom (online), gym, home, office, or any convenient space. Based on this, a fully personalized workout program will be created.
Share your blood report, and our certified nutritionist will conduct a telephonic consultation. Based on your fitness goals and health, a custom nutrition plan will be provided to perfectly complement your workouts.
Your personal training sessions will commence at your scheduled time — whether it’s online, gym, or home. Progress will be tracked regularly and adjustments made as you advance.
